1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files used to remember preferences, maintain a session, secure forms, and—with your choice where required—measure or serve advertising on public pages.
2. Technologies we use
| Technology | Purpose | Approximate duration |
|---|---|---|
kcal_lang | Remember Spanish or English. | Up to 12 months |
| WordPress cookies | Login, security, and account operation. | Session or up to 14 days depending on login choice |
| Interface tokens/storage | Protect requests and preserve necessary preferences. | Session or according to the preference |
| Google AdSense | Measurement, fraud prevention, frequency, and ads on the homepage, public content, and blog. | Varies with consent and Google settings |
3. Google AdSense
AdSense may be enabled only on public pages. Ads are not loaded in the native app or authenticated views containing personal records. Google may use cookies or identifiers for security, measurement, and advertising according to your choices and its advertising policy. Kcalories does not use private health data to target ads.
4. Your choices
Strictly necessary cookies support session and security. Advertising cookies are subject to consent when required. A Google-certified consent platform will be used for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
You may change choices in the Google privacy message when available, clear browser cookies, or block them. Blocking required cookies may prevent login or other features from working.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this table if analytics or new providers are added. Contact hugo@parrales.es. Also see the Privacy policy.
