Deletion removes the account and associated data from the active system. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open Kcalories and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Find Account and privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm Delete permanently.
- The session closes after the server confirms deletion.
What is removed
Rotating backups may take up to 30 days to be overwritten. They remain restricted and are not restored for ordinary use.
- Account, name, email, profile, and session tokens.
- Meals, favorites, calories, and macronutrients.
- Weight, body fat, measurements, and profile history.
- GLP-1 logs and notes.
- Buddy linking.
If you cannot sign in
First use “Forgot your password?”. If recovery is unavailable, email hugo@parrales.es from the registered address. We will request minimal information to verify ownership. Never send your password.
Alternatives
You may delete individual records or unlink a buddy without closing the account. If you delete the account and return later, you must create a new one.
